In this cozy area overlooking the courtyard of Campus 1 all communication is only in Japanese. It’s the perfect place to meet new Japanese friends and practice the new vocabulary and grammar from your classes.
In addition to the main lounge, there is also a tutoring system by both native Japanese students and teachers. You can book one-on-one meetings to ask questions about homework or to practice speaking or reading.
You can also browse the bookshelves full of Japanese learning materials, as well as DVDs with film, drama or documentaries on Japan. And if you need a quiet place to study, head to the private study booths that are equipped with computers.
Japanese Plaza is a great place to get homework done or just relax in between classes.
